Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, the conditions below apply. We therefore recommend that you take out good cancellation insurance, which can save you costs in many cases.
A cancellation is always made in writing via email. You will then receive confirmation from us within 24 hours. We note that a cancellation is only valid after our written confirmation!
Our cancellation policy:
Refund from 14 days to 0 days or no-show (failure to show up for a reservation) before arrival: no refund
If you check out early, we cannot refund the cost of the unused remaining time of your reservation or be liable for any additional costs you incur as a result. Depending on the circumstances, you may wish to contact your travel insurance company to make any claim directly to them.
Force majeur
In exceptional circumstances, due to force majeure, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. We will then refund the costs already paid to you or if you have not yet paid for the reservation, you do not need to take any further action.
Force majeure is defined here as any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even with due care, as a result of which we cannot offer you a room. These events include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil unrest, terrorist activities and the consequences of the threat of such activities, riot, act of any government or other national or local authority including port authorities, industrial dispute, lockdown, natural disaster or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological disasters and adverse weather, sea, ice and river conditions and similar events beyond our control.
