Feel at home at Casa da Minha Luz!
A valid ID/ID must be presented upon check-in.
Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 08:00 PM (other times by arrangement only).
Check out before 11 a.m. (in case of a very early return flight, please inform us via email or WhatsApp.
If you discover any defects in the property upon arrival, would you please report this immediately so that we can resolve the problems as quickly as possible? If an accident occurs during your stay, we ask that you report this as soon as possible so that we can resolve the inconvenience. The Casa da Minha Luz is non-smoking property.
It is quiet in the property and in the hallway after 10 p.m.
Stay calm in case of fire. Report a fire immediately to the owners. There is a fire extinguisher on the ground floor in the garage, on the first floor in the kitchen and on the second floor on the landing to the rooms. Leave the property immediately.
If personal belongings are found in the property after check-out, the owners will always contact you. The costs and risk of shipping these goods are for the guest.
Casa da Minha Luz is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
Casa da Minha Luz and/or persons working here cannot be held liable for any injury and/or (material) damage that visitors may experience during their stay.
Damage and/or loss
By booking you accept responsibility for damage and/or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for damage and/or loss must be paid directly to us at that time. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for resolving any claims subsequently made against us (as well as your own and the other party's full costs of legal action) as a result of your actions.
Damage to movable and/or immovable property of Casa da Minha Luz or other objects made available to you will be calculated with a separate invoice - this invoice can then be used for your travel insurance.
Nuisance/misconduct
Casa da Minha Luz has the right to terminate your stay or that of any other member of your party due to misconduct or if there is nuisance. No refunds will be given. Furthermore, we are not obliged to pay any compensation or reimburse any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the termination of your stay.
It is not allowed to:
smoke in the interior of the house.
Consume, use, trade or possess narcotics.
Laughing gas balloons to be used in the entire house.
Causing nuisance to another neighbor’s, including loud music, unpleasant behavior or any type of noise.
Bringing more people to the room than the permitted number.
