Terms of payment

If you arrive more than 30 days after booking, we will be happy to reserve your room on a binding basis upon receipt of a deposit of 50 percent of the total stay amount.

The remaining amount must be credited to our account no later than 30 days before arrival. If this period is exceeded, the reservation will automatically expire. In this case you will not receive a refund of the deposit for the reservation.

If you arrive within 30 days of booking, the entire stay amount is due for a binding booking.
